I just finished putting together another set of contest entries. While doing this, I started reading through FP so that I could get back into the flow of the story.
First problem with this: I found a few typos. Ouch. How could I have sent it like that???
Second problem with this: Turns out I have a crapload of work to do before this baby is ready for GH. Wow. I guess I hadn't done as much as I thought. Ouch.
Better get my butt in gear.

Rofl, Christine. I'm convinced the typo fairies invade our polished work just to ruffle our feathers. I can't tell you how many people read my ms before I sent it to my agent. Then my agent read it - twice - and sent me a few minor typos to fix. Then I sent it back, she sent it out to publishers last week, and yesterday, YESTERDAY while I was searching for a fact in that book which relates to my current wip, what did I find???? Oh yeah, two more typos.
I tell ya...you just can't win.
Nope, we can't win, Elisabeth! And now I can't work on fixing those typos, checking for more or moving on because I have GRADING to do and grades to figure for the end of the 1st quarter. 1 down, 3 to go.
