Borrowed Time's hero and heroine are really working with me right now. I'm loving the ride, but I'm already exhausted!
Only a few more hours on my character nickname contest. I've got some great ideas for Danger's hero!
Question for you. What's your definition of a thriller? Some of the Harlequin Intrigues are advertised as thrillers. What do you think makes them different from "regular suspense"?
During this Book-In-A-Week, I've learned quite a bit about myself as a writer. I'm looking forward to sharing all my epiphanies with you soon. For now, I'm going back to Borrowed Time (which is due for a title change hopefully soon!)

I think that a "thriller" focuses on events and is faster paced with chase scenes, etc. All the Bourne movies are thrillers. "Regular suspense" focuses on people and builds tension. Fractured was a suspense.
Ah, you mentioned me FAVORITE movies (she says with a silly grin.) I did think of the Bourne movies as thrillers because they are fast-paced with a few lulls for us (and Jason!) to catch our breath before we go back to the fast pace. And the danger keeps closing in!
Oh and be honest, Matt Damon is just yummy as Bourne.
ABSOLUTELY!!!!! The Bourne Supremacy was what started me on Danger, and I guess started me on my "thrill" ride. I'm exhausted...but I don't want to get off!
