Changes

Before my latest rejection, I thought more and more about submitting to an e-publisher. Originally, I was against e-pubs because I thought they were inferior books. I've read a few. Some bad. Some good. Over the last couple of years, my mind has changed about e-pubs (as I'm sure the world continues to change). My dream and goal has always been to be a published author where I write stories I love for people who will pay for them because they love them. Shouldn't I explore all my options?

Now, at the same time, I still intend to keep that door WIDE open with the editor who liked my manuscript enough to want to buy it. Why not?

What are your thoughts? PLEASE share with me because I'm really still not sure what I think....

The only ePubs I trust are Samhain Publishing and Carina Press (the latter of which is an imprint of Harlequin Mills & Boon). I used to trust Ellora's Cave, but I wouldn't recommend them now.

I think the Wild Rose Press is also a good publisher. Tons of my chapter mates write for them. And you'd eventually get your books in print as well. It can't help to send a query...
